Sean Croon’s background includes eight years in career development and 12 years in recruitment. Key achievements include placing over 300 people in roles from C-level to graduates, winning multiple national awards as an IT recruiter for nine years, Director at Australian’s largest permanent IT recruitment agency (Greythorn), and currently on the state committee for Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), Australia’s largest mixed career practitioner association.
